We have a structured process which we run through, where we discuss your business from several angles. (If we can’t help you, we’ll happily recommend someone in our network that can).
2. With our understanding of your requirements, we research

to understand where your business fits and to formulate a way forward which emphasizes your points of difference and strengths.
3. Present a work proposal back to you, providing you with the findings we’ve made during the research phase.

4. If you choose to go ahead then we commence implementing your solution
This will include agreeing exactly what you want delivered and the timeframe.
5. Implement your tailored solution and provide regular updates
You’ll have have a single, friendly, point of contact throughout this process.
6. Walkthrough the finished product with you
It’s at this stage that our clients will often want to make some revisions. We cater to this in our agreement with you, so the number of updates is accepted and mutally agreed.
7. When you’re happy with the finished product – we go live!
